It couldn't be spam (I'm about to be rich)

Gmail has done me right for years, and I can’t remember the last time that I received any spam. I have relinquished all control of what’s a hoax and what’s not to Google’s discretion.

I was surprised to see a somewhat questionable email in my inbox the other day from a Doctor Malik Adam stating:

Hence am inviting you for a business deal where this funds $40.200.000.00 United State Dollars can be shared between us in the ratio 60/40 if you agree to my business proposal. I am eagerly waiting for your urgent response.

Since Google has deemed this correspondence worthy enough to make it’s way to my inbox, I’m going to consider this a legit request, and will soon be living lavishly with my $20.100.000.00 United State Dollars. (Is that $20 dollars or $20 million? I can’t quite tell with all those decimal places…)

I will surely have a party and invite everyone to enjoy several rounds of free drinks. I’ll set up an evite shortly and hope you all can attend.
