A Pink Computer

Jan 23, 2008

I told my wife that after the holidays I would purchase her own computer. She’s always hated the way I customized all my programs etc., and she’s working on starting her own business – so it’s been past time to get her one.

So I set out on a hunt for a reasonable priced computer. Something that could do the basics, check emails, myspace, the usual. I thought I had found a few good ones to show her and then she threw me a curve ball… It had to be pink! What?

Ok, so maybe I’m not that fashionable – I’ll give her some credit. I mean she does have to make an impression. To make a long story short, I tried to convince her to buy a MacBook and not worry about getting a pink one because the prices were similar and why not get a Mac?

She wasn’t sold, so I ended up buying her a pink Sony. Sorry Mac. I tried.
