29 Thanksgivings

So this year was my 29th thanksgiving – originally we had planned to have a ton of people over but instead just had a few of us – it was great! Some of the highlights included:

I didn’t actually have tofurkey this year – which has always been a tradition for me. Instead I loaded up on side dishes.

My wife and I just celebrated our birthdays this week. I turned 30. I’m not sure what that means yet…but I definitely wasn’t sure when I was young that I’d even make it to 30. And I definitely didn’t think (even just 5 years ago) that I’d have a house and two kids. It’s crazy.
